o Basic consideration to have whilst using the knives i.e. Don’t rush, protect your fingers, Timur shows how to use knife

o Masterclass begins

o Tips on sushi rice making/washing/vinegar mixing

Note: Tips on how to plate the sushi as the class progresses, including wasabi & ginger

o Spicy Salmon & avocado uramaki -rice outside maki- (Chef explains uramaki)

o Avocado hosomaki -nori on outside- (Chef explains nori)

o California roll tekkamaki (Chef explains tekkamaki)

o Torched salmon nigiri (Chef explains nigiri)

o Tuna nigiri o Suzuki nigiri
