Domasco Announces Launch of 2019 Honda Pilot  

DOHA: Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (Domasco) yesterday announced the launch of the 2019 Honda Pilot at a press conference in Doha.

The new Pilot has arrived, bringing together uncompromising design and convenient new features. With its advanced technology, 2 Wheel-Drive and an All-Wheel Drive system and Honda Sensing® now available in the touring grade, the modern family SUVis reaching new heights. The more aggressively styled exterior is designed to turn heads, matched by an interior that is totally at home in the digital age.

The updated exterior styling is both rugged and refined and shows the redesigned modern family SUV. The front is designed with a bold front grille, with aggressive chrome accents that feature LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) standard in all grades.

Sophisticated and advanced, the interior of the Pilot is designed for today. Digital instruments are highly functional and easy to use, such as the innovative 8-inch Display Audio with touch-screen and the latest generation Rear Entertainment System (RES) with 115-volt power outlet and a HDMI Interface.

Thanks to the new Pilot’s ergonomic design, roomy interior and exceptional build quality, you cannot only see the space, but feel it too. A new feature in the all-new Pilot is the Hands-Free Access Power Tailgate, which allows you to load and unload cargo with the remote key fob in their pocket or handbag.The driver simply has to activate the sensor with their foot under a designated area of the rear bumper.

Powering the 2019 Pilot is a 3.5-litre direct injected i-VTEC®24-valve SOHC V6 engine with Variable Cylinder Management™(VCM™). This engine is mated 6-speed automatic transmission (6AT) producing 280hp @ 6000rpm and a torque of 355Nm @ 4700rpm.
