Cook time: 3 minutes
Serves: 8-10
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 celery stick
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Brown the ground beef, drain fat, and set aside.
- Cut onion, tomato, celery and green pepper into small (as small as possible) pieces.
- Combine beef and (undrained) canned beans in a large pot, add diced vegetables. Wend’s Chili
- Add tomato juice, chili powder, sugar, and water.
- Cook on a medium-high setting and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and and simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring every 20 to 30 minutes
- Bowl, eat, and enjoy!
