We hope you enjoyed your October college reunion trip, as the weather was phenomenal and this house truly makes group gatherings easy! Nearby attractions include Bilster Berg Drive Resort (3.0 miles), Nieheimer Kunstpfad (2.2 miles), and Buddenberg Arboretum (1.5 miles). Guests can easily walk or bike to Seaside, Grayton Beach, the local Publix, or any of 30-A's food and entertainment. Beach chair set up and bikes are just two of the many ways we add convenience to your stay. We didn't even want to use the area because it was so uninviting and dirty. This waterview home has lower ground rent fees than most in the area. We did have a problem with the air conditioning in one bedroom, however we called Royal Destinations on a Saturday and someone was there to fix the problem within the hour.
